O’Brien Dental Lab is a family-owned and operated company that has been serving dentists and dental patients since 1969, and produces their products entirely in the United States.
Specializing in crafting crowns, bridges, removables, and implants, O’Brien is also the creator of an innovative proprietary manufacturing system called TRUfit.
TRUfit allows O’Brien to digitize physical casts, design restorations from digitized models, and execute design instructions with incredible accuracy.
Committed to using high-quality materials without lead or mercury, O’Brien aims to improve the lives of both dentists and patients by prioritizing health and sustainability in their products.

The Opportunity
O’Brien Dental Lab asked us to authentically promote their work to dentists and patients.
With the rise of digital marketing, they recognized the need to create engaging video content for platforms like YouTube and Instagram to build trust, attract leads, and educate viewers about their mission and offerings.
They sought to showcase their commitment to quality, innovation, and customer relationships through compelling storytelling. We were certainly up to the task!

Our Solution
We crafted three 100-second videos, each spotlighting a different individual on the O’Brien team. We focused on human-centered storytelling to engage viewers in three unique stories rather than producing just another salesy video.
We helped conduct interviews for filming, ensuring that the discussions highlighted O’Brien’s positive impact on both dentistry and the community.
By capturing meaningful soundbites from team members emphasizing the importance of quality and patient care, the videos convey O’Brien’s values and dedication to the people who bring outstanding dental products to life.
